PERM Audit Case Any Info?
My PERM labor was filed in early Aug 2005. In ealry Sep DOL asked to submit Job Ads and some documentation and my employer also submitted the ETA form by mail. In second week of Jan 2006 I have been told that my case has been picked up as an audit case (What a bad luck I have:( ). Is any one has...
