questions about I-864 and I-131
OK, here is my situation, I am filing I-130 & I-485 for my wife, but both of us are unemployed student, If I can find another sponsor can fully covered her then do I still need to file I-864? If I still have to file I-864, I don't have W-2 or employment letter, I don't even know what is 1099...- chaops
