I have a question regarding when I can apply for citizenship. I had residency via L2 for since 2000 but there was a law suit going on so my greencard wasn't "permanent" I had to get a stamp once a year, and later I've gotten my greencard via Diversity Visa in 2007 and forfeited my L2 status...
