    That is exactly what will happen. Trust me next month all numbers will be "U". In sept tho there will be some movement. What exactly will happen is pure guess but I'm sure at least some preferences will become available (even with retrogression).

    July 07 Bulletin Update--Retrogression dates for Jul.02/03

    Just called the DOS visa bulleting number and they have replaced the July visa bulleting recording with the one from June. Good luck everyone!
