Hi I have a query regarding applying for H4 visa after completing 2 yr HRR in India for J 1.
My spouse is a physician did 2 years of residency in US on J1 visa, will be completing 2 yrs of home return in India by this month and planning to apply for H4 visa in August at Chennai Consulate. I am on H1B in USA. Can you please tell me what to expect in the interview or what documents are specifically needed for visa application after 2 yrs of J1 HRR apart from my supporting documents.
