Using already approved labor in EB2.. is it okay?
It\'s OK if .. It all depends on the job job-posting they had before the labor certification was applied. If your qualifications totally match, ok if it surpasses but all(every word) required things are satisfied, then that LC is good for you too. Haven\'t seen a case, but that was my...- CBN
