Received a criminal speeding ticket for driving over 20 miles. Have involved a lawyer to contest this. As per laws this will be a Class 3 misdemeanor if convicted and will have to pay fines and points on license. I will be eligible for citizenship filing in next 4 mos. No prior criminal records...
