    Adjust of Status under VWP

    Hi Im a British Citizen married to a US Citizen. I have already filed I-130 and has been approved. I then filed I-485 and I-765 and had my EAD Card approved and sent in the mail. Because i entered the USA under Visa Waiver Program will it be denied? (I-485)
