Will retrogress affect peolpe who has been interviewed? I was interviewed for I-485 last month. The approval was pending for finger print. Will the retrogress thing afect such cases? My spouse's I-485 has been approved at the interview....

Actually I called FBI, they said that the FP was sent back to USCIS on the same day of FP. They said USCIS didn't order them to perform name check this time. I hope this is a good sign for not being dragged into endless loops. Thanks for sharing the info.

I was asked to retake FP after I-485 interview. They promised to send Green card directly to me after FP being cleared. But how long it will take to go through the whole process? I heard sb. has waited over one year after the second FP because they also want to run second name check....
