    GC for father who used to hold a GC 20 years ago

    Hi, I am looking at a similar case for my grandfather. In his case we have a new I-130 petetion approved but now he still receives finger print request on his old A number while he has been allocated a new A number. We were told not file for a I-485 again. Do I have to file a I-485 as well...
