Plastic Card Still not received

VSC Stamping in Seattle, WA Date : 18th June\' 2001 No card yet. I am just wondering why it is taking long time for some of them in the same processing center. I saw in this forum, some of them are getting their cards with in couple of months. why? Any specific reason
