PERM approved, I-140 not submitted yet, can we move?
Hi Rajiv, My husband just rec'd PERM approval. His company is in state A. I just got accepted into a university in state B. We're thinking about moving to state B in June and buying a house. His company has no problem w/ the move as long as he can continue travel 80% of the time and work...- capilano
