i'm new to this forum. I'm not sure how to go about this but i have to get my questions to someone and perhaps somebody might have answers.
I'm from Phils, my employer sponsored and paid for all my GC processing. this is what i know about my application. I'm supposedly at the last stage which is I485 and just waiting for a GC no. the lawyer (paid by employer) told me that my priority date is 2005 and the GC issuance is still somewhere around July 2002 - supposedly there's a big backlog for phil applications - for EB3 processing. questions are:
1. Is this true? that GC processing is still around July 2002 which means i have to wait for almost 3 years of application before a GC can be issued to me?
2. What are my options? I have my EAC (employment autho card) and i know i can transfer work with this card but is that a good move?
3. If i do move wout my GC, shld i have my new employer sponsor me under EB1 now that i'm a manger?
