I work in the Canadian immigration industry helping Americans visit Canada with a DUI. A DUI normally makes a US citizen inadmissible to Canada, but special permission can be obtained in the form of a Temporary Resident Permit or Criminal Rehabilitation which allows DUI entry. I am currently studying American law, and hope to some day practice as an attorney in California!
