Here is my situation: My 1485 is pending, I140 got approved on Feb 15. I have to go to Canada to get my PR card and my H1B visa has not been stamped on the passport. My question is, will it be safe to get the H1B stamped in Canada while I485 is pending? I don't have any other option here but...
