    AP approved..

    AP and EAD approved AP approved on July 1st. The RD was May 7th, 2004. EAD approved on July 2st. The RD was May 7th, 2004. Both my I-485 and I-140's LUD was updated to July 2nd, but message remains the same.

    That's fast! My online status shows that my AP application was received on May 7th, 2004. But it hasn't got approved yet. ;( It's with California Service Center as well. Strange.

    Can my spouse apply for CP while I apply concurrently for I-140 and I-485?

    I am concurrently filing for I-140 and I-485, and I plan to get married soon. Since my spouse is not in US, can he apply for CP abroad while my application is pending? Or he cannot until my I-140 gets approved? Under the new rule, I-140 will be approved together with I-485. Can he still file CP...
