Is interview always required?
I applied for I-485 thru employment in Dec 06. The status is pending right now. Does USCIS always require interview prior to giving GC? Me and my wife just got married last Nov 06. Please advise.- CaCivil

Me and my wife got married in Nov 06. I filed the I-485 after the marriage, including my wife as the spouse. We are filing for divorce now as I caught her having an affair.
