I came across ur post of ur success with expediting ur EAD. My wife called USCIS yesterday, explained her situation that her CPT would expire on May 10 and she would have to quit her job. The officer was very kind, took her email/phone and told her somebdy will contact her soon. After 5-10 mins, she got an email from USCIS that her request was rejected because she did not provide evidence of extreme emergency. She did select extreme financial loss during the fone call.......anyways, could u pls send me a link to give this another shot. my email is ravneetrajni@gmail.com ....also if u cud advice as to what would be considered as an extreme emergency, i wud appreciate that.
