Ginnu, appreciate your opinion. Two out of three attorneys I have been consulted recommended not to withdraw the current I-485, indeed. That two I-485 filing is allowed is completely new for me. In fact all three attorneys told the same story, only one I-485 can be filed. c307

I have an I-485 pending filed based on an approved I-140 with my previous employer. I am not beneficiary of the 180 portability rule with the previous employer. The previous employer did not revoke the approved I140 and I-485 is now "officially" in pending status. I petitioned another...
