If the yellow letter is indeed a generic letter, I'm wondering why my wife hasn't received it. She has a talking on the cell phone while driving ticket. (should she take the court records just in case?)

By yellow letter do you mean "Case file review notice/Interview document checklist"? I have received that already... waiting for the interview notice now.
I have received a "Case file review notice" which says "You indicated in your application that you have been arrested. For these arrests and any other incidents bring originals of arrest records and court dispositions etc etc at your interview'
These are 2 citations not arrests so there are...

The status on the USCIS website is "Request for Evidence" stage and says "On December 24, 2009 we mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence etc. etc."

Are the underlying LC and 140 approvals still valid if one moves within the jurisdiction of the same service center, e.g. Old employer is in Los Angeles and new employer is in San Francisco.
