Folks, My wife and I filed EB1-B 485 in Aug. 2006. My wife, as the dependent, got her GC last march, which I didn't get. When I tried to renew EAD&AP in Aug. 2008, it was rejected because "case has already been approved". I went to infopass Oct. 2008, my attorney filed inquiry several times...
