    No need to apply for Reentry Permit?

    My NP is still valid... I. A of I-131 (page 1) states: "If you stay outside the United States for less than one year, your are not required to apply for a re-entry permit. You may enter the United States on your Permanent Resident Card(form I-551)" to apply or not to apply? :confused:
