Hi all I have a problem. Got PP stamped on July 5th at buffalo & not received the plastic card yet. Yesterday i talked to IIO , He said that they have not received I-89 form from buffalo to make the card & it may take couple of more months . Is it a unusual case? Has anyone had such a situation...
