Am I eligible for citizenship?

- Married US citizen in July 2004 - Applied for family based GC in Oct 2004 - Received family based GC in Oct 2006 - I have lived and worked in the US since 2000 on TN visas Does any of this count as credit toward eligibilty requirements?
