Mantain H1 status for I485

DO I need to maintain H1 status for I-485. My I-140 is approved. And I completed 6 months with my sponsoring employer. PD: 27Feb 2004 I(485 and I140 Concurrent Filing: 29DEC2004 I-140 AD: 27FEB 2005 FP:03AUG2005 EAD: RD 02Aug2005 regards
