i have got my h1 approval from 2 employer in 2008. i scheduled the interview with the petition of the employer who confirmed the H1 approval first and after 2 week i got the
another approval confirmation.
at kept the 2nd employer on hold and scheduled the visa int for the first employer.
at the consulate the counselor told me that- the project is bogus an du may withdraw ur petion or else have to come to consulate few more times and need few more verification documents.
they also said, they have feed back for this employer from other consulates too and we are looking in to it. so there is no point going to a bogus project in US.
and i decided to withdra my application.
now i wanted to apply again from the second employer, will it be a problem?
