I was arrested on 2011 for the the charge of Grant Theft. I entered into a Pretrial Intervention program and completed the PTI and the charges were dismissed by the State Attorneys office and Nolle Prosequi in 2012. I had also gotten my records expunged in the same year. I am trying to apply for my Naturalization/Citizenship process now. What are my risks/chances in getting my "naturalization" completed. Do I run a risk of deportation? Should I wait longer before I apply for the "Naturalization". They say I had a "guilt admission"? How does it relate to my case.
