I have an H1B 6 yrs expiring on Dec1st'09 and I have an employer who is willing to transfer my H1 & GC immediately. I also heard that I need to apply atleast 365 Days before expiring ? Is this correct. If not do I have to step out of country for gain that 365 days ? Please tell me what are...
