Hello, My wife is in india, but my VIsA is expiring on 07.01.04. My extension for H1 B has just begun (still praper work is being done) through premium processing and is anticipated to arrive at the end of the june. Is it advicible to bring my wfe on the old I-797 before July 1st 2004 or should...
