My cousin and his wife both applied for H1 from India. My cousin got his H1 and visa too. His wife's H1 is still in process. If she goes for a H4 visa and enters US, can she use the exisiting H1 once it's approved ? Or does she have to do a new H1 as a transfer ? Because if not, she can attempt...
