Dear All, I have filed an I-140 application last year in EB1-EA category, it was processed and came for RFE, and we responded for all the queries. Unfortunately it was denied. Now I am going to file EB1-OR and I work in a University as a senior research fellow, not a full faculty.
My question is, as my first application was considered all the way upto the RFE in EB1-ea, is there any positive chance that this application would go through right away or with little queries? Does USCIS maintain the records of previous application of the same person?
