    I-130 priority date

    Filed 1-130 I received an approved notice of action on october 30, 2008. But I'm having a hard time understand the priority date. Does that affect the steps to obtaining a green card if so how long do I have to wait to get a notice from NVC? I haven't received anything from them. Priority...
