    140 approvals RD or random

    I was looking at immigrationwatch and there are 140 approvals for application filed in november 2007. is that possible since there are quite a few july filers still waiting for approvals.

    FP and 140 approval

    I filed my 140 and 485 concurrently in dec 07. I received the FP notice for this week. Is there any link between FP and 140 approvals?
