Hi Rajiv, My husband is on J2 visa and every year he applies for EAD renewal. He got a residency position this year and we applied for his EAD(employment authorization document)more than 90 days ago at Nebraska Service Center, but still his application is under initial review, we also tried to expedite but no luck. what do you think is the next best step? do you think making an info pass appointment at chicago uscis office is a good idea?
