Got my passport today (3/10/2011). I applied for expedited service on 02/28/2011, and have it on my hand after 10 days. Nice!

Did my oath ceremony today. It was nice and quick. It took about 1 hr. And then updated my SS. Taking this occation, I want to say Thank you all. This forum has been a huge help during my naturalization process. Good luck to you all. God bless!

Chicagoboy, take everything your passport and traveldoc to the interview. That is what I did. Taking the passport with you clears a lot of things. 1, it shows that you have entered to USA Legally and 2, you haven't returned back to your COP or didn't have contact with the embassy of your COP. Thanks frederick, In all likelyhood you are going to get your oath cermony faster. The officer told me that in Baltimore they hold mass cermony 2 day per week. Every Friday and I guess Monday (not sure).

Thanks memo for the reply. The thing is that in my asylum case I have stated that I was detained in my COP but I have said NO to question 21(Have you ever been in jail or Prison) if i said yes they would ask me for documentation which my COP government wouldn't give me. How did you answer that...
