    I was on F-1 student visa, which i believed I maintained until i got married and stopped attending classes.. If i fell out of status, must be after i got married. I just want to know if i can still get a drivers license before i file... although Im gonna file in a months time anyway!

    I am married to a USC for a couple months now, and I havent filed for residency yet... I was wondering if I am allowed to get a drivers license since i havent filed for my residency!
