Can spouse in H4 buy my company?
My client, (DEF Corporation) wants to hire me once I get my GC, which is ok with my employer. Is there the possibility of talking with DEF corp. and asking them to take over the process and become the sponsor in your employment based permanent residency application?- bigbubba
