I need help in determining when to apply AP. We will be applying I-485 in Jan-2002. My H1B is valid upto Oct-2002. I planning to go to India for a month during mid-may to mid-june. Do I need to apply AP for that - since I will have 4 and half month to expire my H1B ?? Thanks in advance for help
