My background - I have been in US since Dec 2007 have US Green card, got married last year and my wife is in US on H1B visa since Mar 2010.
My parents-in-law are planning to visit us in US for 2-3 weeks vacation from India. My father in law is a govt bank employee and has been awarded foriegn trip flight tickets by his bank, he wants to use that for visiting us. While applying for Visa should he show that I am sponsoring his visit? or should he show that his bank his sponsoring the trip and any expenses over that will be taken care by his son-in-law. If second option then where should he be mentioning all this, in the DS-160 i don't see any option to do that.
Any help will be really appreciated.
