I read some of your posts. I have the same case like you.
I try to download the forms to send to KCC from the website they included in the mail but each time I tried the form is corrupt.

Hi are you in US right now? I think if so, KCC should have given you a copy of notification letter so that you can have it when required to file AoS.
Did you email them and ask them that it is required when filing for AOS.
