i'm preparing i-485 based on asylum. but i have difficulty to get the birth certificate from the birth country. i guess this is a common issue for asylum seekers. can i submit i-485 without birth certificate? does anyone have similar experience? thanks in advance.

I'm recently granted asylum status. Before that I was on working visa and paying tax for 3 years and got laid off recently(before the grant of asylum). So do I qualify for unemployment benefit? thanks
