Hello everyone! I'm new to this site, so i need help on filing for my aos. I'm married to an US citizen and starting our own family! I came to the country legally just overstayed. Just to be certain, i was wondering if anyone can tell me EXACTLY what i need to file? So far we have a filled out I-864 application, because she doesn't make enough income. I have partially filled out the I-485 because i have some questions to ask. If any other documents needed please inform me, because i'd like to get it right the first time. Also, it would be nice if i can private message someone with experience.
p.s. the I-485 ask for I-94# but i don't have the I-94 in passport, because my aunt rip it out in order to cover herself (long story). What do i need to do? Thanks to everyone in advance!!
