    Help!! Travel aboard with expired advance parole!!

    Hi, my friend has been applying for change of status through marriage. She has already had AP before but it is now expired. She plans to be on aboard airplane today and applies for the AP while she is not in America. Can she get the new AP and come back to America with the new AP?
