My EAD will expire the week after I start a job in a new company. My current EAD was sponsored by my current employer. Could there be any issue for me to get an iEAD (after 90 days since I applied for renewal) once I have started in the new company? Please advise. Thank you

My I485 has been pending for more than a year now. I am planning to change my employer in the coming weeks. I just Received an RFE from BCIS requesting proof of employement. Who do you think I should ask to respond to this RFE, my current employer or my future employer.
