hard luck with I 140 for last two and half years
- My 140 was filed in November 2001 - RFE was send in March 2002 - 140 was rejected in August 02 on the grounds that I am a Mathematic student and can't do programming. - It was appealed in Feb 2003 - Recieved a RFE in January 2004, for my hiring process and education verification. - RFE...- bajpaim
