3 years apart, bona fide marriage-I-130 approval??
The basics: I am UK citizen. Was in the states for 4 years married to my US husband, filed I-130 and I-485. Moved house and USCIS didnt get our change of address and forms were returned, they closed our case. Returned to UK for 2.5 years, husband then had to go to US permanently for work...- baby0505
