Talk to INS directly or ask your attorney to call INS! I had the same problem. INS wrote down the incorrect place of birth on my EAD card. My attorney talked to INS about this problem and after 2 weeks INS mailed me another EAD card with correct place of birth.

I have the same message! Here is my info: RD:7/11 ND:8/24 FP:11/28 I-485 message: "FP is collected on Dec 5th and waiting for review..."

RD: 7/11, ND: 8/24/, FP: 11/28 My FP was scheduled on 11/28 (Charlotte, NC) but I went on 11/14. I called FBI on 11/16 and provided my A# and they told me that they processed my FP on the same day and already send the results to INS.

I had same problem! NC GC My RD is 7/11 and ND is 8/24. AVM : "we received your case on 8/24....."
