Got married a year after my mother-in-law's naturalization.

the I 130 was filed long time ago when her son (now my husband) was still single. What I know is that they only notify NVC of my husband's change status and her citizenship being approved. SO i was not included in the I 130 form. Does my mother-in-law needs to file another I 130 for us?

My fiance's mom just got approved her citizenship. I beleive that his mom needs to send a request letter to the USCIS for my fiance to be upgraded from FB2B to FB1. But my fiance wants to be downgraded from FB1 to FB3 in order for me to be included in the petition(we're not married yet)...
