    I-130 still pending and priority date getting closer

    please help My husband filed an i 130 for me since march 2001. According to the visa bulletin of june my priority will be current. On march 2003 the petition was tranfered to baltimore office and still pending. Can i apply for ajustment of status whitout the approval letter. I'm a beneficiary...
