Couple both H-IB: filing PERM
Hi Guys, Need your help! Me and my wife are both in H-IB and we are currently going into our 4th year this May 2006. Our lawyer suggested that we both file separate PERM application to be able to extend beyond 6 years. Is this the only option we have? I am also planning to change job...
